However, in projects like this, in which it is necessary to decide many things together and harmonize our visions about the project, we must find a way to generate spaces for discussion and narration. Frequently, the use of email has replaced the dialogue. But, fortunately, today there are technical solutions to connect online and talk as frequently as desired.
Relying on Power Point presentations and with a clear meeting order, we are moving forward in the most complex tasks, reflecting in the summaries of these meetings the nuances that allow us to design together an innovative tool, aimed at facilitating that people over 50 can continue for more years and in better conditions in their jobs.
