The final and most important step of the WorkingAge project started. The objective of experimental phase called In-Company tests consists in the daily usage of the WorkingAge Of Wellbeing (WAOW) tool by workers along their standard working days.

In this phase, the Neurometrics module developed by BrainSigns is fully operative among the different testing sites. Such Neurometrics module relies on neurophysiological signal processing algorithms to evaluate the mental workload, the stress level and the emotional states of the workers, by estimating the Heart Rate (HR) from the Photoplethysmohgraphic (PPG) signal, the Skin Conductance Level (SCL) from the Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) and the Eye Blinks Rate (EBR) from the Electrooculographic (EOG) signal. In the first phase of the In-Company tests the signal is collected to perform a per-user calibration, while in the final part the module will provide online evaluation of the abovementioned mental states. The Neurometrics module is based on wearable devices, in order to allow the signal collection from the workers while they will perform standard working tasks without negatively interfere with their standard working activities.
