Work Packages
WP 1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT Leader: ITCL. This WP comprises the activities addressing the management of both the project and the consortium and also the follow-up and tracking of the financial resources.
WP 2 USER CENTRIC DESIGN Leader: RWTH. In this WP, variables that need ulterior study during the WA deployment with users will be identified.
WP 3 INTERVENTION DESIGN Leader: INTRAS. The overall objective of this WP is to assess the impact that modifiable developmental factors of the Working and daily life-course may have on long-term healthy and active ageing, and identify whether there are critical periods in individuals’ lives where targeted intervention strategies are more cost-effective than in others.
WP 4 HCI PLATFORM Leader: UCAM. The main goal is to provide the software component, which will manage the Human Computer Interface module from the WA Tool.
WP 5 IOT Leader: GREEN COMMUNICATIONS. This WP will develop sensors’ functionality and their seamless synchronisation at sub-network level, sensor network level, and eventually at the highest level with the system platform.
WP 6 DATA ANALYSIS Leader: BRAIN SINGS. The objective of WP6 is the creation of the Data Analytics and Metric Computation functionality for the Actor Model and Analytic Tools towards the understanding of behaviour and design of effective interventions.
WP 7 ETHICS AND SECURITY Leader: POLIMI. This WP aims at considering all necessary Ethical and Legal Issues covered by the WA proposal.
WP 8 DEPLOYMENT AND INTEGRATION Leader: EXUS. The focus of this WP is the assembly and integration of the different components into the complete prototype system.
WP 9 PILOTS Leader: INTRAS. The goal of the WP9 is to execute the Large Scale Pilot activities in the different deployment sites by establishing and consolidating the local IoT ecosystems for ageing well.
WP 10 DISSEMINATION, EXPLOITATION STRATEGY Leader: INTRAS. This WP includes all the necessary tasks for the creation, adoption and validation of successful Dissemination and Exploitation strategies, taking into account all the steps in the addressable value chain and market parameters and targeting the maximization of possibilities for a sustainable solution.

Press kit: Logo.
Guidelines: The Press releases will provide details of the project goals and status and will be made specially to mark the delivery of key results or key events organized in the framework of WorkingAge. The Press releases will have a catchy title, a 4-5-line introductory paragraph summarizing the key message and will be accompanied with a ‘note to the editors’, in order to include contact details of the relevant persons and key references (web links, publications, etc.) at the end of the press release. It will offer the possibility to meet members of the consortium for an interview, make a visit to the partner’s laboratories, etc.
